Atulya Berube is a dynamic and healthy person, but he wants to be more fit and and increase his athletic performance. As a member of the Sri Chinmoy Marathon Team and US Coordinator and US Team Captain of the International Peac Run he focuses on sports and nutrition, combined with meditation. In this interview of “LIVE Voices”, Atulya shares his experiences on becoming fit and healthy with Raw Foods.
