MAISON CHANCE

Entering Maison Chance in Ho Chi Mingh was one of the most touchy moments I’ve lived in my life. A possible made paradise, where people with no hope meet under a common roof, supported by a wonderful woman, Tim Aline Rebeaud, who one day started to travel the world in order to find natural colors for her art. Over 20 years ago, when she arrived in Ho Chi Mingh, Vietnam, she found a 4 year old boy in the streets of the City, sick, in a very bad shape, and she brought him to the hospital. There she was told, that if she wanted him to be treated, she needed to stay. And she stayed. First under his bed in the hospital, then in her rented apartment where a second boy ran into her arms. Today, Tim Aline is mom to far over 100 orphans, grandma as well, and dozens of people with mental and motor disabilities, some of them were abandoned in front of her Maison Chance. Her Foundation offers all its inhabitants a shelter, food and a decent job, variety, recognition and dignity! After the shelter, she opened the school for over 200 children, and now, she has also a village, welcoming people from all over the world to visit, be part of this beautiful altruist success story and offers her community a life! Maison Chance is the example we can’t stop talking about when it comes to reflect upon beautiful solutions of co-habitations. You can’t image how much love you find there! And how much love you can express and spread without it being refused!
