We from the everyday heroes set an example for more internal deceleration in your everyday’s life. Let’s sit down together for 20 minutes, close our eyes and go into a deep relaxation.
We will instruct you on the spot, as how you can most simply meditate. And because we are a group, it will be a very special experience.
